Anchor Mentoring is a big brother/big sister mentoring and chavrusa program operating out of the 5 Towns and Far Rockaway. Since its inception in 2010 it has helped well over 1,000 boys and girls, guiding, nurturing, and encouraging them to become viable members of their community and religion. Handpicked mentors from the community provide friendship, warmth, outings, help with schoolwork, and whatever else they may need to help them adjust.
